This is a modifiable S-Shaped desktop stand which I designed in in Open-SCAD but you you can take the STL into TinkerCad and simply modify it as you need! I also included a version with 7mm openings which can used as a desktop tool or pencil holder!

Note: I have added a large holed version for whiteboard markers

20 is good...

Print on its side and you should be able to get away with no supports. Depending on your print surface you might want to use a brim, however with PEI (see here: http://diy3dtech.com/pei-printing-build-surfaces/ ) I did not.
