Each number is made of a 2-dice roll.
The dots are printed as small holes on the dice, and I've used a permanent marker to bold the ones showing the numbers. It didn't come out as nice as I thought but it is still a nice design (IMHO). Some of the dice look as if they are about to fall from the body.
The body has a hole to attach a clock mechanism to it, but I had to cut the dial hands a bit.
I've attached the Fusion360 export, there you can play with the model (for example, you can change the basic cube and it will effect all the dice in the clock).
The model is designed so all of the dice's visible parts are above the main body, so the filament can be switched mid-print - in my case from silver-grey to white.
